District Collector Rajarshi Shah, IAS, chaired a review meeting with the Principals and Wardens of Telangana Minority Residential Schools (TMEIRS) and Junior Colleges in Adilabad district.
The meeting was attended by RLCs, Vigilance Officers, the District Minorities Welfare Officer (DMWO) and other concerned departmental officials.
The Collector reviewed the academic performance, quality of education, implementation of the approved menu, hostel management, student welfare, infrastructure and other institutional issues across TMEIRS institutions.
Institution-wise pending issues were also reviewed during the meeting. The Collector directed the concerned departments to resolve the issues on priority through effective coordination and ensure that students receive quality education and necessary facilities.
Rajarshi Shah instructed officials to immediately bring all major issues to the notice of the District Collector and Secretary, TMREIS, without any delay.
He further directed the officials concerned to submit a detailed compliance report at the earliest on the action taken to resolve the issues discussed during the review meeting.
District Minorities Welfare Officer Shaik Kaleem Ahmed and other concerned officials participated in the meeting.
